The Wave
The lineup switches character between the breakwater (fast, powerful lefts that can close out and punch into a strong shorebreak) and the more forgiving sandbars to the north - expect localism and crowded peaks when the breakwater fires.
Best windows are mid-long period W to WNW groundswells with light E-ENE offshore breezes.
The sandbars work on smaller W/SW energy and are less tide-sensitive, while the breakwater prefers lower tides for a hollow, walled takeoff.
